As we can see from the images, both smartphones follow the similar design with Galaxy S8 and S8+ on the appearance, but the fingerprint sensor has been moved at the center of the back cover for easy access, and the narrower head and bottom deliver a bigger screen and a smaller whole size than the predecessor.

Compared with the 4GB RAM of S9, the S9+ has 6GB RAM to deal with the larger 6.2-inch quad HD+ Curved Super AMOLED display with 529 ppi pixel density, and the S9 comes equipped with a 5.8-inch screen with 570 ppi. Meanwhile, both phones are available in three internal storage capacities: 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, and built-in microSD card slot supports up to 400GB extra capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S9 has a Super Speed Dual Pixel 12MP autofocus rear camera with F1.5/F2.4 and OIS, while the Galaxy S9+ sports a dual camera system that consists of a Super Speed Dual Pixel 12MP AF sensor paired with a wide lens, a telephoto lens with 12MP AF sensor, and dual OIS. Moreover, the 8MP autofocus front camera with f/1.7 aperture allows for charming selfies and clear video chat.
Using built-in iris scanning, facial recognition technology and fingerprint sensor, Galaxy S9 and S9+ guard your data from unauthorized access. Using an improved optical sensor, both phones are capable more accurately tracking users’ health status. In addition, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ support wireless charging, and other features also include fast wired charging with QC 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos technology, USB-C and 3000mAh/3500mAh rechargeable battery.
